“Harmonized Me” is a space where I support you, women, and families who long to deepen their harmony, mindfulness, and awareness, and to strengthen their relationships with loved ones.

In my group and individual sessions, I create a safe space for your personal growth – a place that allows you to simply BE YOURSELF and to listen to your inner voice, so you can truly hear yourself and others…

These sessions include Women’s Circles, workshops from my original program Harmony in Parenting, Mindfulness workshops, Parent & Me Creative Mindfulness workshops, Sound Baths, as well as sound and art therapy, individual sessions, and consultations.

What can I do for you?

Sound therapy with tuning forks, crystal bowls, and other instruments is a space to return to yourself – gentle, yet deeply transformative.

It supports you in times of physical pain, emotional blockages, stress, insomnia, or simply when you long for deep relaxation… and in all those areas of life that need soothing.

It nurtures the body, calms the mind, and opens the heart.
