This is a group sound therapy session where you immerse yourself in the vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, Koshi chimes, and tuning forks, and:

✅the mind slows its rhythm,

✅the nervous system returns to balance.

You don’t need to focus. You don’t need to “work on yourself.” You can simply be.

I invite you to a magical space of feminine energy. To a safe zone where we can freely express what is hidden deep within our hearts. To a quiet place of complete connection, understanding, and support. Here, there is no room for criticism or judgment. This is an oasis where we can simply be ourselves, fully and authentically, and delve into our inner selves.

Join our circle and allow yourself to experience moments of harmony and acceptance, surrounded by the energy of women, the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, drums, tuning forks, koshi bells..., meditation, herbs, dance...

❄️ WINTER FAMILY CREATIONS
shared creation • creativity • conscious time together

WINTER FAMILY CREATIONS is a workshop for adults (parents, grandparents, aunts…) and children (ages 7-13), designed as a shared, creative family experience.

This is not a traditional art class or a technical lesson. It is a creative process that:

✅naturally activates creativity in both children and adults

✅encourages presence and awareness of one another through action, without the need for control

✅often stays in memory as a shared experience and meaningful memories, rather than “just another class”

This time, we will work with color and materials (paint, string, texture). There is a pattern and guidance, but there is no single “correct result” - each family creates in their own way.

Children are free to experiment and make decisions. Adults are present, not as controllers, but as participants and guides supporting the creative process.

The workshop is also open to younger or older siblings (please ask for details).

This experience is for families who:

✅want to develop creativity without judgment

✅are looking for shared time that doesn’t feel like a task to complete

✅want to be together in action, not just “spending time”
